We are looking for a _**Marketing & Customer Service Executive**_ to join our international team at a leading freight forwarder.

**Location**: CDMX (Angel de la Independencia)

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in sales, customer service and marketing in logistics companies.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
- Ability to create impactful marketing campaigns and enhance the customer experience.
- Conversational English is a must

**Main functions of the position**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and potential growth areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support
- Creating and executing online and offline marketing campaigns to promote services and attract new customers
- Prepare and present market, campaign performance, budget and KPIS reports
- Prepare and manage promotional content for newsletters, blogs and other media
- Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to generate networking and promote the company's services
- Coordinate and resolve issues with carriers and other suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop customer loyalty strategies
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Analyse customer behaviour to improve the service experience.
