Responsible for answering enquiries (written) in a timely, accurate and meaningful manner according to scientific standards, internal policies, local law and regulation, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of medical information that it is provided to internal and external costumers.

Answer general medical requests related to all products and any scientific data associated to a disease.

Acquire and maintain understanding of more than one therapeutic area and relevant products to provide support to the medical information team.

Document medical requests in medical information database according with global and local guidelines.

Develop any kind of medical letters (product related, therapeutic area) using Evidence Based Medicine approaches and focused on specific needs of medical information.
