**Medical devices Junior logistic Coordinator**

**Position Summary**:
Support the coordination of logistics according to the corporate policies and to the national and international legislations, in order to deliver the products to the customers in LATAM

Main Accountabilities:

- Follow up shipments
- Send shipping instructions and commercial invoice to the supplier according to customer guidelines
- Follow up all communication with customer regarding their shipment and communication with suppliers to ensure shipment at agreed times
- Billing
- Process Purchase Orders (SAP)
- Check the products availability date
- Downloading a report from the system, which indicates the estimated delivery dates and checking the information with the suppliers
- Create an Order Confirmation (AO Acknowledge Order)

**Requirements**:

- Desirable experience in logistics of medical devices or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in oreign Trade or International relations
- Travel may be required business dictates
