We are looking for a **Technical Architect II**with a focus on Slack & Salesforce platforms in the telecommunications field to join our team.

You will guide large teams and use your significant Salesforce experience to create innovative technical solutions that are in line with our company’s business objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide vision and leadership in technology to developers and technical professionals
- Work with client managers and development teams to meet requirements and align IT strategy with corporate objectives
- Introduce cutting-edge frameworks and best practices to tech departments
- Investigate new technology solutions to promote ongoing enhancements
- Partner with stakeholders to manage technological risks and enable informed decision-making
- Implement design concepts into effective IT operations
- Deliver new functionalities consistently and handle maintenance through optimization and refactoring
- Maintain data integrity and quality during integrations with external systems
- Develop scalable and optimized technology solutions
- Mentor and assist large teams in successful project execution

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including understanding its capabilities and limitations
- Proficiency in Salesforce Automation Processes, Integration, and Slack
- Background in managing large technical teams within the telecom industry
- Expertise in overcoming platform limitations and converting business needs into technical executions
- Capability to remain driven and deliver accurately under strict deadlines while maintaining a stress-resistant and proactive demeanor
- Strong English communication abilities (B2+)
