**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- *We are looking for an Production Superintent with strong leadership and experience in Metalmechanics process related to punching machines ,bending machines and welding process.*Meet production plan within Efficiency and yields Goals interfacing with support departments. Work with functional areas (engineering, quality, planning ) to implement and document action plan to meet productivity metrics. Comply with the procedures defined in the Quality System, Company Policies and Mexican Labor Law. Following up on the metrics establish by the company (KPI´S)
- Supervise hiring, training and performance monitoring of personnel in charge
- Responsible for keep the security and house-keeping in the Production Areas. Responsible for the identification, traceability and status of the materials (raw material and Finished Good). Have a Lean manufacturing thinking by eliminating sources of waste and continuously looking for ways to improve the organization. Elaboration of reports requested by General Manager

**Experiência y requisitos**
- *Bachelor Degree Engineering: Electromechanic, Electronic, Industrial. *Result oriented,*Good cominications skills,*Metalmechanics experiencie in process related to punching machines, bending machines and welding process
