TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES
- 5 años de experiência en el departamento de logística / materiales
- Experiência en manejo de personal.
- Experiência en Gestión de Proyectos.
- Habilidades fluidas en inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
- Conocimiento avanzado en el uso de SAP (Módulo WM) y Microsoft Office.
- Experiência en el uso de herramientas Six Sigma y técnicas de manufactura esbelta (como un plus)
- Experiência en actividades de reducción del tiempo de entrega y ahorro de costos.
- Crear estrategias y planes competitivos.
- Conocer las tácticas del mercado y las tendencias.
- Habilidades para resolver problemas.
- Habilidades interpersonales, comunicación y capacidad para realizar varias tareas.
- Desarrollar planes de ahorro.
- Cumplimiento del proceso de abastecimiento global y las políticas para todas las actividades bajo responsabilidad.
ACTIVIDADES
1. Hacer y distribuir reporte de inventario por proveedor, planner y PN.
2. Organizar Cycle Counts en las áreas de producción donde se tengan materiales en Kanban
3. Verificar documentos controlados en el área de almacén.
4. Hacer y distribuir reportes de excesos de inventarios.
5. Auditar procesos de reposición de materiales (RPS)
6. Supervisión del personal de almacén y actividades diarias.
