TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.**Descripción del puesto**:**Actividades**:- Hacer y distribuir reporte de inventario por proveedor, planner y PN.- Organizar Cycle Counts en las áreas de producción donde se tengan materiales en Kanban- Supervisión del personal de almacén y actividades diarias.- Administrar, evaluar y reportar la productividad del almacén.- Solicitar suministros y mantener níveles de inventario adecuados.- Coordinación y mantenimiento de flotas y equipos.- Define objetivos, realiza un seguimiento de los resultados (hora a hora) y la productividad de los operadores del almacén y determina el mejor curso de acción para cumplir con los cronogramas y / o resolver problemas técnicos.**Requisitos**:- Experiência teniendo personal a cargo- Inglés avanzado indispensable- _5 años de experiência en un puesto similar_**Competencies**:- Managing and Measuring Work- Motivating Others- Building Effective Teams- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation- SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
