**Please note that this is a 6-month contract position requiring fluency in English and Spanish, with a hybrid work arrangement expectation of three days in the office per week.**

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist in recruitment events, meet-ups, and other activities to bolster talent branding and engagement efforts.
- Craft meticulous offer letters with keen attention to detail.
- Maintain uniformity in job postings according to our standardized template, ensuring all necessary information is included.

**What you’ve done**:

- 1 + years experience in a coordinator or HR role
- Prior scheduling & calendar management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Jobvite and Microsoft Office.
