Therefore, we need talented, innovative people who are passionate about what they do. **Sales Support Sr. Analyst** **Main Purpose** As Sales Support Sr. Analyst you will deliver exceptional operational services. Primary responsibilities include; supporting SQL*Server job/queries and troubleshooting the end-to-end processes when needed. This role will manage the multitude of SQL*Server queries / DTSX scripts, DTSX modification, stored procedure updates, or Power BI ETL issues. This role is responsible for baseline support of existing Excel Reporting / Power BI Dashboards. These services include providing reporting and construction of new dashboards. **Accountabilities** - Support approximately 100 SQL*Server jobs - Most of the backend resides in SQL*Servers so we envision this resource needing heavy SQL*Server experience. - Baseline support for our SQL*Server batch jobs - Providing resolution in a timely manner, which may require monitoring jobs and fixing failures in individual job steps - Ownership of existing Excel Reporting / Power BI Dashboards - Ownership of adhoc reporting - Ownership of ongoing maintenance and creation of new dashboards - Ownership of ongoing maintenance of sites/tools - Actively conduct on-going review of operational services to drive agility and effectiveness - Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreement - Focus on speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs - Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work - Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology **Qualifications/Requirements**:** Qualifications/Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree in commerce/business administration Masters’ degree is a plus - 4 - 6 years development experience related to Data Analytics and Reporting including the usage of relevant tools and software packages - Knowledge on cloud-based data analytics platforms - Heavy SQL*Server experience including; Writing complex SQL*Server queries - Data modeling - SSIS experience pulling data from external sources - Heavy experience trouble-shooting SQL*Server batch jobs that fail in the evening - Excel/VBA data retrieval via SQL*Server stored procedures - Power BI / Power Apps experience - Strong knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel - Strong Internal Customer Management Skills: Follow Up, Follow Through, Accountability, Sense of Urgency, and superior customer service - Ability to provide new ways of approaching situations and developing new efficient solutions - Independent & motivated individual; ability to receive direction and convert into an action plan with coaching and feedback" - Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan - Ability to provide superior customer service This position is based in Mexico City, Mexico Thank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career**Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable **Job Type**: Pipeline
