**Incentives Sr. Analyst****TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Collect and validate necessary data (internal and external) and perform the corresponding calculation and liquidation of incentives, awards and recognitions guaranteeing quality until delivery to HR for payroll payment.- Analyze, develop and propose harmonized Incentive Plans to PH Mexico management teams, aligned with Business Strategy and ensuring equity among teams.- Provide insights according to industry trends and the periodic analysis of management reports regarding incentive plans and payments, to support timely decision making and business steering.- Propose adjustments of updates to the plans if required.- Calculate and allocate quotas according to each sales role and responsibility, aligned with the approved Incentive plans and in line with Corporate Compliance Codes.- Train and provide information to the internal stakeholders in relation to the incentive schemes.- Lead processes design and tools required to support the above activities and propose improvements. Ensure proper data is reflected in Bayer system or support tools.**WHO YOU ARE**- Bachelor’s Degree - Business, Math, Comp Sci, Statistics or related field.- 3 years working as a Sales Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, or a similar position.- Advanced English level is required.- Excellent Excel and analytical skills.- Strong attention to detail.- Extremely Organized.- Ability to problem solve.At Bayer we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
