Training Coordinator
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Coordinator to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of industrial training programs. This role is critical to ensuring workforce readiness, compliance with quality and EH&S standards, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Completed professional degree
- Certification as an integrated internal auditor
Responsibilities:
- Identify industrial training needs and develop programs to meet those needs
- Supervise and evaluate the industrial training process
- Analyze training effectiveness metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop, implement, and manage the document control system associated with Quality, EH&S Systems (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, Compliant Pro)
