Review, assess, and process safety data and information across service lines from various sources. Distribute reports/data to internal and external third parties following applicable regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal guidelines, with guidance and support from senior operation team members.

**Essential Functions**
- Prioritize and complete assigned training on time.
- Process safety data according to regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.
- Perform pharmacovigilance activities, including collecting and tracking incoming Adverse Events (AEs)/endpoint information, determining initial/update status of incoming events, database entry, coding AEs and products, writing narratives, and literature-related activities.
- Ensure quality standards are met per project requirements.
- Meet productivity and delivery standards per project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all project-related processes and activities.
- Create, maintain, and track cases as applicable to the project plan.
- Identify quality problems and bring them to the attention of a senior team member.
- Liaise with different functional team members and healthcare professionals to address project-related issues.
- Mentor new team members if assigned by the Manager and attend project team meetings to provide feedback.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field is a must.
- Relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
