**Position Overview**:
The Buyer will manage procurement activities for **New Product Introduction (NPI) and MRO** materials, supporting production goals and ensuring supply continuity. This role requires strategic thinking, strong supplier management, and the ability to optimize cost, quality, and lead times in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage purchasing for **NPI projects and MRO materials**, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers to meet company standards and project requirements.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value-added solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to align procurement with operational needs.
- Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and procurement KPIs to ensure continuous supply.
- Analyze spend, identify opportunities for consolidation, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and global trade regulations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field**.
- 2-3 years of experience in **purchasing for NPI, MRO, or indirect materials** in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing processes, cost analysis, and procurement tools.
- **Advanced English** is required for communication with global suppliers and teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **ERP systems** (SAP, JD Edwards, or similar).
- Familiarity with **Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
