FUNCIONES:

- Descargar de forma semanal los forecast de los clientes y guardar historicos
- Analizar la variación de la demanda respecto a la semana anterior
- Realizar el plan maestro de producción (MPS) de las líneas de ensamble final de manera semanal
- Dar seguimiento diario al cumplimiento del plan maestro de producción
- Monitorear de forma diaria los níveles de inventario y coberturas de producto terminado
- Informar con una semana de anticipación al equipo de embarques el plan de embarques de la semana
- Preparar la documentación necesaria para cada embarque: packing list, check list, factura, etc
- Entregar al equipo de embarques para cada embarque, el outbound generado en el sistema SAP
- Emitir cada mes por lo menos dos ideas de mejora
- Dar respuestas rápidas y estar en constante comunicación con los clientes en caso de alguna emergencia
- Elaborar, coordinar y dirigir programas de mejora continua en el área
- Manejo de portales de cliente(Mazda,Honda,Ford,Audi,VW)
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de calidad, ambientales, valores y filosofía de la empresa creando un ambiente sano y libre de conflictos

Salario: $19,000.00 - $29,000.00 al mes

Experiência:

- Customer service en el giro automotriz: 3 años (Obligatorio)
- Portales del giro automotriz: 3 años (Deseable)
- SAP: 3 años (Deseable)
