**Senior Data Analyst - Hybrid CDMX**

**What you’ll do**
- Lead and mentor a data team while driving **data analysis and analytics initiatives** to support business goals.
- Build insightful **dashboards and visualizations** using **Tableau** or similar BI tools.
**What we’re looking for**
- **7+ years of experience** in **data analysis or analytics**, with proven mentoring experience.
- Advanced proficiency in **SQL** and **Python**, plus experience with **dbt Cloud** or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of **statistical techniques** such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and multivariate analysis.
- Solid understanding of **ETL pipelines**, **data warehouse design**, and **BI best practices**.
