**Skills and knowledge that the student will acquire during practice**:

- Basic Excel skills for updating employee record databases, data filtering, obtaining percentages, desirable cross-referencing databases for data identification.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva.
- Studying careers related to personnel administration tasks.

**It is expected that at the end of their Internship the student will be able to**:

- Conduct basic administrative tasks related to personnel management.
- Support in updating and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in the organization of HR training sessions and activities.

**Job requirements**:

- Intermediate use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Conversational English.

**Main activities**:

- Support in updating employee databases and records.
- Assist in organizing HR training sessions and activities.
- Provide administrative support to HR team members.

**Location**: Mexico City.

**Schedule specifications**: 25 hours in office a week
