**Summary**:
Ser responsable de varias categorías en un país O una categoría de división cruzada en una parte de país de los equipos alineados con categoría. Pueden liderar la entrega de proyectos individuales definidos como parte del Plan Anual de Categorías; centrarse en la entrega de proyectos con actividades que incluyen la recopilación de requisitos, análisis de mercado, la calificación y selección de proveedores con los socios comerciales y las partes interesadas pertinentes, así como proyectos de no abastecimiento como la gestión de la demanda y la mejora de procesos.

**About the Role**:
Major Accountabilities
- Implement Regional strategies, partner with global category leads at site level.
- Supervise the implementation of sourcing plans for the region savings targets following engagement in the target setting process.
- Provide input into the overall Category segmentation and identification of key supplier relationships or may directly control purchases with respect to supplier choice, timing and commercial conditions on a local basis.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and implement consistent key performance indicators for the sub-category, and report on suppliers’ performance.
- Collect supplier information and feedback from Category teams and Business Partners, and deliver Procurement Balanced Scorecard metrics for the region.
- Create, apply, complete and reviews major contracts for the region and ensure that negotiated contracts are clearly communicated for the sub-category area and that they are consistently applied Manage strategic supplier relationships, and implement consistent key performance indicators for the sub-category, ensuring that any supplier performance risks and issues are resolved on a timely basis to end-user satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:

- Proven experience creating and implementing highly complex regional contracts
- Strong knowledge of Procurement process
- Strong and effective written and verbal communications English. Portuguese (preferred)
- Strong experience managing strategic category supplier relationships.
- Experience in REFS
- Stakeholder management.
