**TYPE OF INDUSTRIES**:Medical

**EDUCATION**: Industrial Engineer, Electrical-Mechanical Engineer or Similar.

**EXPERIENCE**: 3 to 5 years of experience on similar position.

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

Experience in using /implementing production/process tools as: total quality, lean manufacturing, Kaizen techniques, zero defects, JIT, self-managed teams, six sigma, etc.
- Knowledge in production processes and metrics
- Domain of MS Office package
- Knowledge/experience in Imports and Exports
- Experience leading a Warehouse/materials department
- Experience on production planning
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple activities and projects.
- Team work advocate (a must)
- Sense of urgency and capacity to work by objectives.
- Medical Industry Experience (a plus)
- Knowledge of quality systems: ISO 13485 or any other
- knowledge of Mexican Labor laws (LFT)
- Able to travel to USA.
