**COFICAB****Solicita**:**Production Cable Superintendent**:**Descripción y Requisitos****P**osition Objective**:Coordinates and supervises all activities and operations including budgeting and planning, organization of work areas, production scheduling and program execution, review and monitoring of section production results in line with policies, procedures and rules defined to meet quality standards, Extrusion of semi-finished products Performance needs and targets**Main Responsibilities**:- Develops and ensures the implementation of the section, organizes processes, procedures, information systems, and functional improvement projects with the corporate standard.- Monitors and validates copper clustering calculation and scheduling activities, such as manufacturing schedule development, including production requirements such as days needed, shifts and machine calculation, and item allocation per machine.- Review and monitor production schedule execution progress according to daily schedule and adjust as needed based on inventory levels, additional orders, and express delivery requests.- Monitors production execution, collects and reviews production reports, verifies reported process parameters, change and start -up results, cable breaks, excessive consumption, control plan results, scrap results for machines. Identifies potential parameter discrepancies, performance or organization gap, and cleanup of work area omission and defines immediate corrective actions.- Analyzes (daily, weekly, and monthly) performance results such as quality, runtime, speed, waste, overconsumption results, identifies performance gap, performs root cause analysis, develops and monitors appropriate action plans by deploying rapid cross-problem solving techniques.- Ensures loading of required tools and recipes according to instructions and compilation of top-level maintenance activities and their related equipment.- Stop the production when the quality, productivity and safety are at risk.**Requirements**:- Belchor Degree- English 80%- 3 to 5 years in similar position Rod drawing, Mutidrawing and Bunching manufacturing processes, associated technologies, production planning and scheduling.
