**LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST**
Location EL SALTO, JALISCO

**YOUR TASKS**
- Monitor and analyze key labor KPIs such as absenteeism and turnover (direct and indirect personnel).
- Maintain ongoing communication and effective relationship management with labor unions.
- Implement and follow up on progressive discipline processes, improvement plans, and employment terminations.
- Ensure compliance with the internal labor regulations and company policies.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience in labor relations and union management.
- Intermediate English proficiency (minimum requirement).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
