**Overview**:
Performs management of new product projects and engineering changes. Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve an “on-time” result including follow-up with external suppliers to ensure timely response to action items. Evaluates project performance of functional areas.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead the development of new product and engineering changes projects involving all teams (process, production & quality) on using methodologies like DFMEA, tolerance stack up calculation or DFFS tools in order to achieve product enhancement. This includes work towards the achievement of launch date, quality and cost.

Develop documentation to keep track of purchase components status and manufacturing items

Schedule weekly meetings to review project status progress with all staff members

Perform technical specification review discussions and drive the process and engineering team to resolutions.

Monitor program cost activity to achieve an in budget result.

Prepares designs, drawings, plans and specifications for projects, engineered systems, technical equipment or components.

Supervises preparing and compiling the information / documents of products or components prior to set up-MM-entry into SAP.

Makes sure execution of data entry of information of new SKU's or components into SAP, set up of correspondent BOM’s and Routings is made accurately.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering

In depth knowledge of technical information like drawings, material specifications and manufacturing processes

Assembly process knowledge technics

Strong leadership and communication skills, oriented to results, teamwork and process oriented.

**Additional language skills**: English
