- We are expanding our Marketing Department and we're looking for a
- **GTM Specialist **to join our team This professional will be responsible for planning and executing go-to-market marketing strategies to launch and expand the operations of a new vertical of services, in different Latin America countries.
**What you will do**:
- Develop and drive digital & offline marketing campaigns in Latin America region-
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities-
- Perform market and audience research-
- Support product launches-
- Ellborate data-led projects with end-to-end media plannings, focused on brand, acquisition & usage-
- Build a close partnership with different markets to develop a strategic media approach-
- Drive best practices, while enhancing your skills and capabilities-
- Facilitate a learning agenda to raise knowledge across media within the region**What we expect from you**:
- High level of creativity with a focus on go-to-market strategy-
- A highly innovative mindset to come up with unique ideas-
- At least 2 years of digital consumer marketing experience-
- Excellent data and analytical skills-
- Up to date on new industry trends-
- Experience in performance and brand marketing-
- Track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a very fast-moving environment.-
- Strong project management experience (including agency management), campaign planning, and execution.-
- Experience in working with Latin America marketing agencies (desirable)-
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.-
- Availability for business trips-
- Advanced English level-
- Native/advanced Spanish level**Working terms**:
