The Nourish portfolio is structured into three platforms: Ingredients, Flavors, and Food Designs. Within Food Designs, we design smart innovative integrated solutions to help our customers succeed. Food Designs includes 3 Business Units (BU's):
- Systems (integrated blends that help our customers deliver superior products in the dairy, ice cream, bakery, and beverages market categories)
- Inclusions (solutions for healthy snacking, confectionery, functional supplements, and fantastic artisanal gelato)
- **Savory Solutions (mix of spices and other ingredients for culinary and plant-based products)**
- **Key responsibilities**:
- Manage the Sales and Operations Planning process, so that the sales forecast by SKU is generated, with a monthly horizon and weekly reviews
- Manage the production scheduling area to ensure the highest possible level of fulfillment of sales orders
- Manage the inventory area, establishing policies and parameters for raw materials, products in process, and finished products
- Lead a long-term capacity (warehouse space & throughput) plan analysis
- Develop supply chain metrics to track performance and accuracy
- Plan and control the execution of the company's supply and logistics policies and strategies, involving the transport of materials and components, & supporting the shipment of manufactured products

- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a Supply Chain discipline
- MBA preferably in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a Supply Chain discipline
- Preferred background experience in food & beverage/food ingredients/chemicals
- Promotes an open and reliable environment. An strong communicator combined with the ability to get the best from people
- Look for new ways to grow and challenge him/herself and his/her team, developing and promoting problem-solving solving skills
- Clearly communicates and explains end-to-end supply chains (inputs, outputs, rationale, gaps), guiding solutions
- Ability to perform complex data analysis to identify opportunities and set priorities
