North American company is looking for a **Recruitment Coordinator (Blue & White Collar)**

**Location**: El Salto, Jalisco (100% on-site)
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, full-time
**Reports to**: Human Resources Manager
**Contract Type**: Full-time

**Job Purpose**:
To oversee and execute recruitment and selection strategies for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, ensuring the attraction of talent aligned with organizational goals and business needs.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- _**Recruitment and Selection**:_
- Design and implement creative & new strategies to attract talent for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Manage job postings on various platforms (job boards, social media, job fairs, etc.).
- _**Personnel Management**:_
- Lead and coordinate the recruitment team, assigning tasks and ensuring objective achievement.
- _**Performance and Goal Tracking**:_
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team to meet hiring objectives.
- Develop strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staffing agencies and educational institutions.
- **Reporting and Continuous Improvement**:

- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress toward hiring goals.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to optimize recruitment processes.
- **Requirements**:_
- _**Education**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- _**Experience**:_
- At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Proven experience managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring objectives.
- _**Skills**:_
- Strong creativity and ability to design innovative recruitment strategies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- _**Languages**:_
- Fluent in English (100% bilingual, both written and spoken).
- Meetings and communication in English.

Sueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes
