Are you ready to leave a mark?**Meet the job**As a Recruitment Coordinator at Backbase Mexico, you will be part of the Excellence Team. We drive the global Recruitment team forward towards continuous improvements initiatives.You will be working on internal initiatives, proposing and implementing changes in our processes, tools, ways of working and developing training materials for the team. We are looking for someone who creates bonds with colleagues easily, and is strong in their communication skills and is up for working in a fully international team, spread over three continents. There is a lot to be done and every day brings new challenges, and it is unlikely that you will fall into a boring daily routine.As part of the role you will pick up ad hoc requests, supporting the local recruiters. That's your second name.Join us for a journey instead of a job**How about you?**- You have experience working in Recruitment and leading projects;- You have long lists of improvements you implemented in previous roles;- You are looking to make an impact, you are driven and have success stories to share;- You are energetic, proactive, and have a can-do attitude;- You are solution-oriented and a critical thinker with a good understanding of data and Recruitment KPIs;- You are used to interacting with different levels of stakeholders;- You are a degreed professional with work experience in a team setting across multiple countries;- Your communication skills are strong in English and Spanish.
