**Join Our Team as a Junior UX Designer**

Are you passionate about creating exceptional user experiences? At Control Risks, we're on the lookout for a talented Junior UX Designer to join our vibrant Global Marketing team. Here, you'll have the chance to dive into the exciting world of digital product design, working closely with experienced designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver user-centered solutions that truly make a difference.

**Your Mission**

As a Junior UX Designer, you'll play a vital role in shaping the digital experiences of our clients. From conducting user research to designing intuitive interfaces, your creativity and enthusiasm will shine as you help us solve complex design challenges throughout the product lifecycle

**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with senior designers to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
- Participate in user research sessions, gaining valuable insights into user behaviors and preferences.
- Assist in the crafting of engaging and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring our products are easy to navigate and visually appealing.
- Support the delivery of design specifications and guidelines for developers, ensuring a seamless handoff of your creative work.
- Engage in team brainstorming sessions, contributing your fresh ideas and perspective to enhance our design processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a closely related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.- Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in UX design, ideally within a digital product or environment. Relevant internships during academic studies are an advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Expertise in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.- Knowledge of WCAG guidelines, as well as skills in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing methods.- A solid grasp of UX principles and user-centric design approaches.- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end development is a plus, though not mandatory.If you're excited about the prospect of contributing to innovative digital experiences and growing your skills in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you Join us in shaping the future at Control Risks
