**This position reports to**:
EL Mexico Factory Excellence Leader

**Your responsibilities**:

- PC Lifecycle Support: Provide hardware and software support including break/fix, imaging, inventory, post build set up, new user set up, and peripheral installation.
- Configure and manage MFPs and printing solutions including large MFP devices, Label Printers and small use laser printers.
- Ensure Manufacturing Excellence: Supports manufacturing environment, support technologies required for continued business operations including off hours support and on call rotation.
- Supports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service infrastructure in time, in budget and at quality.
- People leadership and Development: Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in an enterprise End User support role.
- Advanced level of English required.
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and ability to work alone or with a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Support of O365.
- Understanding of Networking Topology, Concepts and Server Infrastructure.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, procedures, and factory IT programs preferred.
