As a **Back Office/Collections Specialist**, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Enter all uncollected items into our tracking system.
- Contact relevant parties via phone calls.
- Monitor and act on collections.
- Inform debtors of their payment status and timeline for repayment.
- Research companies and corporate entities to follow up on payments.
- Be persistent in calling and contacting debtors.
- Address questions regarding each collections case.
- Secure payment, monitor and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Update and review all collections and keep records up to date.
- Process Requested Refunds
- Organizes work in a structured and well-planned manner.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Finance and business knowledge preferred.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); working knowledge of databases, or financial software a plus)
- Able to Multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work without supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to create trust and build relationships.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

**OTHER**
- Work hours/Shifts: Monday to Friday 6:00am-2:30Pm
- Salary: 18,000MXN to 26,000 depending on experience.

Programs & Equipment used: Computer, printer/scanner, phone
