- **Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Must be able to comfortably communicate with our US customers via phone**
- **High school diploma or recent graduate of technical bachelor or engineering**
- **Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills**
- **Positive attitude and works well with others**
- **Prior call center and customer service experience is necessary**
- **Naturally curious and eager to learn.**
- **Training will be provided by our company**:

- **Organized and fluent in Microsoft Office and G-Suite**

**Compensation**:

- **13,000-16,000 pesos per month equivalent +**
- **medical insurance subsidy**
- **Company stock options**
- **Opportunity to work in our other international offices in the future (US, Taiwan, Philippines)**
- **20 days of paid time off per year**

Pay: $13,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
