We are seeking remote **Junior Marketing Copywriter** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Content Creation**:

- Write engaging social media content for internal accounts, including sales reps and the CEO, to support the client's brand voice and marketing strategies.
- Assist in producing blogs, articles, and other promotional materials.
- Tailor content to drive engagement and position the client as a thought leader in the industry.
- ** Adherence to Brand Standards**:

- Follow the client's established writing standards, brand guidelines, and messaging frameworks to ensure consistency and professionalism across platforms.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the Promotions and Marketing team, including strategists, editors, and graphic designers, to ensure content aligns with broader marketing campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and integrate constructive feedback to refine content.
- ** Project Management**:

- Help track tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of content that meets quality standards and supports marketing objectives.
- ** Internal Brand Focus**:

- Develop an understanding of the client's brand ethos and unique approach.
- Create content that reflects the company’s identity and supports its position as a thought leader.
- ** Feedback and Continuous Improvement**:

- Embrace feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine writing skills and enhance the quality and relevance of content.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in copywriting, public relations, media, or journalism (internships and freelance work are acceptable).
- A degree in communications, media, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language (at least B2B level on the CEFR scale)
- Portfolio or examples of writing that demonstrate creativity and skill (academic or professional work is acceptable).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to develop a deep understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and audience engagement.
