Junior Analyst – Marketing Ops & Digital Growth ExecutionResumen del Puesto

La persona en este rol será responsable de ejecutar estrategias y actividades relacionadas con marketing digital, crecimiento, operaciones y apoyo multidisciplinario dentro del ecosistema GLÉNIX–ENSITECH. asegurando el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de las tareas asignadas.

Se espera que el desempeño se lleve a cabo con alto nivel de profesionalismo, orientado a resultados, contribuyendo al desarrollo, escalabilidad e implementación eficiente de iniciativas digitales y operativas.

Responsabilidades Principales

Ejecución Operativa & Crecimiento Digital

  • Llevar a cabo las actividades asignadas relacionadas con operaciones de marketing y estrategias digitales.
  • Dar seguimiento a iniciativas, procesos y proyectos que impulsen el crecimiento del ecosistema GLÉNIX–ENSITECH.
  • Contribuir en tareas de análisis, organización y soporte administrativo-operativo para el funcionamiento adecuado del proyecto.

Coordinación & Reporte

  • Colaborar con líderes internos y áreas involucradas, manteniendo comunicación clara y profesional.
  • Reportar avances, resultados y requerimientos directamente con la Dirección.
  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución de tareas de acuerdo con los lineamientos, estándares y expectativas del rol.

Requisitos Deseables

  • Interés y/o experiencia en marketing, growth, operaciones o áreas afines.
  • Capacidad de organización, planificación y seguimiento de tareas.
  • Comunicación efectiva y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Enfoque a resultados y resolución de problemas.
