**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

This role will be responsible of the implementation of Wellness Programs across LatAm tailored to the specific needs of each population in order to drive a cultural change focused on the development of healthy lifestyles: nutrition programs, physical activities, workshops, wellness support line, global initiatives, wellness champions, etc.

**Your Impact**

As Wellness coordinator your responsibilities would consist of
- Coordination of the Healthy agenda across LatAm.
- Coordination of the LatAm EAP program: follow up to vendors, webinar implementation and KPIs follow-up
- Implementation of the global wellness tools and apps
- Coordination of wellness workshops across LatAm: Nutrition and Mental and Emotional wellbeing (mindfulness).
- Implementation of the wellness Champions
- Implementation of the Wellness on-site activities in LatAm: fitness classes, gyms, wellness rooms, relaxation massages, relaxation and meditation rooms, wellness platform.
- Implementation of wellness on-site events in LatAm: fitness challenges, PepsiCo Race, sports tournaments, etc.
- Coordinate the registration and participation metrics in the local and central dashboards
- Follow up of the wellness annual bidding processes / RFPs and follow-up with vendors across LatAm.

Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?**

BSc on Nutrition, psicology,
At least 2 years of experience wellbeing programs coordination
Wide knowledge on health promotion and chronic diseases
Masive events implementation
Fluid English written and spoken.
Portuguese as added value.
