Align work plan & follow up with sponsors and division team2. Use metrics to identify trends in project work and analyze their impact.- Execution Indicators- Mental/Physical Availability- Financials- Systems/Applications/Tools- People/Change Management- B2B DLM- GTM Service levels3. Identify the potential risks of the project and support on mitigation plan execution to minimize them.4. Collaborate with team members to resolve variations from the project plan and direction.5. Filter, consolidate and route requests from the regional sales team to support teams in the region and corporate6. Support training deliverables in partnership with the Change Management office in defined locations and participate in communication and training rollout sessions.7.
