Job Description We are looking for an Intern Product Manufacturing Engineer (Apprentice includes students working at hp who are enrolled in apprenticeship programs in association with their university. College Interns are university students who are working at hp during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters) Key Responsabilities: To create a new label for the relabel program by converting Poly Inventory Skus to HP part numbers, for each part number we have, around 3500 numbers. Learn and verify manufacturability of product processes through documentation and practice of assembling units. The intern will be responsible for providing support in manufacturing activities in the Product Manufacturing Engineering Learning experience: The intern will be able to take the experience of knowing and learning about the activities related to the product Manufacturing Engineer such as reverse engineering and defining a manufacturing process from scratch. The intern will acquire the experience of working in coordination (and will identify how the different activities are intertwined) with personnel from different departments and areas such as purchasing, industrial engineering, project management.
Experiência y requisitos
Enrolled in University (Industrial Engineering is desired). Must be an active student from 5th Semester (preferred) Available for a 6-12 month internship Advanced English Level. Able to work at our Tijuana Office Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills Motivation to contribute and learn.
