**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a bright Senior IT Support to provide enterprise level technical support to all our internal costumers with an excellent attitude.

**Requirements**:

- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven 3+ years working experience in enterprise technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing skills.
- English Level : Intermediate-Advance

**Experience working with**:

- Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment.
- Working Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server, Linux, macOS.
- Management of Virtual Machine Tools (VMware)
- MS Active Directory Management.
- Security (Firewalls, Antivirus, etc).
- Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform & services
- ISO 27001 and ITIL Framework knowledge is a plus.

**Responsabilities**:

- Technical Support Procedures
- Contact and follow up with IT local vendors
- Help Desk Ticket Management
- Create procedure manuals
- Backups Elaboration
- Server Migration
- Internal Customer Support
