.**BAT MEXICO** **IS LOOKING FOR AN **IT SUPPORT ANALYST****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-manager**FUNCTION**: IT**LOCATION**:Monterrey**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**This role is part of the IT Department.This role is part of the IT department and is responsible for end users on site support for the DBS Mexico Hub. Will assist with onsite presence on the implementations of global IT projects and incidents, and service requests**Reports to**:IDT Service Manager.**Reporting Level**:Managerial.**Geographic Scope**:Mexico,**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Provide onsite and remote support for technology issues, including - software, hardware, and networking- Prioritize, schedule, and escalate issues (when required) to the appropriate experienced technician- Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and data cleansing of workstations, printers, and peripherals- Manages local services suppliers, including outsource help desk services.- 1st level escalation point- Research new technologies to provide recommendations for improvement of existing services.- Work on different IT projects and infrastructure implementations- Review incident and request types to make preventive plans**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- 2+ years of experience on end user support- Advance english level (Speaking/writting)- Experience in assets management- Mobile phone support- Microsoft, android and iOS systems- Experience in VIP Support- Meeting rooms (microsoft teams) Support**BENEFICIAL**- Desirable trainings and certificates in operating systems, ITIL.- Experience in Service Now..
