RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Customer Sales Representative Professional located in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, MX
The CSR Professional will be developing, managing, and delivering support services to the organization's sales force including creation and confirmation of orders in the system, direct customer contact, reconciliation orders, warehouse review and invoicing.
This position full
- time will report to the Head of Commercial Management NAM. The CSR Professional will travel both domestically and internationally with about 5% travel time.
**The CSR Professional's tasks include**:
- Assisting sales teams with sales reporting
- Processing orders from customers and resolving complaints
- Advising customers on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc
- Acting as liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments
- Selecting, managing, and training on sales related systems and databases
- Assisting sales teams with individual account and sales territory planning
**About you**
Do you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in international Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business or related
- At least 1 years' experience in customer service
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required / French is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically basic Excel skills - data entry / reports / create basic spreadsheets.
- Knowledge in SAP
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
