We're looking for a **Sr IT Project Manager** with experience with **Software Implementations** to work with one of the most prestigious Life Sciences company in the World. **Responsabilities**: - At least 3 years of experience leading software implementations - Ensuring that all milestones and deliverables according to the project scope are on time, within the expected quality and satisfaction levels - Being service oriented in working closely with the customer and being their first point of contact - Delivering the relevant tasks and projects in accordance with the selected deployment methodology - Adhering to the standard and/or project specific deployment methodology - Ensuring compliance with the deployment approach, governance, cost and service level parameters - Planning and executing process workshops or fit gap sessions together with the Business Process Management and/or other teams together with affiliates, sites or functions - Coordinating and/or supporting local affiliates in specific areas of the deployments such as the coordination of test phases or data migration support - Obtaining approval of project delivery by customers and successful handover to RSS operations or other parties **Nice to have** - Finance, Procurement and/or Supply Chain experience is a plus - Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and effective global collaboration. - Ability to effectively communicate across various levels of a complex, matrix organization. - Service orientation mindset to shape a high quality and reliable project delivery service.
