Are you an experienced Implementation Specialist looking for a new challenge? Join our team and help us ensure the smooth adoption and implementation of our software products for our clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service while collaborating with customers and internal teams to guarantee satisfaction and success.Key Responsibilities:- Implement and configure software products based on customer needs and specifications.- Provide hands-on training to customers to facilitate successful software adoption.- Act as the primary point of contact for technical and product-related inquiries.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure project success.- Develop and contribute to best practices and tools for supporting software implementation.- Track and report the progress of implementation projects to both internal and external stakeholders.- Utilize Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI) to manage and report on project activities.Qualifications:- Proven experience in software implementation or a related technical support role.- Strong understanding of software configuration and client training.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Power BI.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.What We Offer:- Competitive salary ranging from 20,000 MXN to 30,000 MXN per month, based on experience.- Full legal benefits (IMSS, paid vacations, Christmas bonus).- Monday to Friday schedule with working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM (occasional Saturdays required).- Paid training starting from day one—you get paid while you train- Professional development opportunities: Grow with us and develop your career.- Discounts at select establishments, including coffee shops, gyms, spas, and moreDocuments to be ready: RFC (Constancia Fiscal 2024), proof of address, valid ID, CURP, and NSS (IMSS number).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Programa de referidosTipo de jornada:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 44600, Guadalajara, Jal.
