You will also oversee the recruitment and hiring process of unionized and non-unionized technical associates in line with internal instructions and execute internal promotions.

About the Job:
- This position will be temporary.- Monitor and enforce internal work regulations and absenteeism control.- Track attrition indicators for unionized associates.- Manage recruitment and selection of unionized and non-unionized technical associates.- Provide support on labor-related issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.- Administer and implement motivational programs to improve employee relations.- Support projects aimed at reducing turnover and absenteeism.- Update instructions, procedures, processes, forms, and job descriptions.- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and internal promotions in accordance with internal guidelines.- Location: Matamoros Tamaulipas On-site / Presential.

About You:
- University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Generalist, managing multiple HR functions and supporting both unionized and non-unionized employees.- Strong knowledge of labor laws, internal regulations, and employee relations practices.- Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.- Advanced English proficiency.- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support HR projects and initiatives.
