**¿Qué harás como O2C Commercial Business Analyst en SEE?**:
**¿Por qué te necesitamos?**:

- Involucrarse en proyectos Lean Six Sigma y Kaizen para eliminar desperdicios, mejorar la eficiencia de procesos y aumentar la calidad en funciones comerciales.
- Realizar mapeo de procesos, análisis de datos y análisis de causa raíz para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Implementar estrategias de mejora de procesos alineadas con los objetivos organizacionales.
- Aplicar principios de Gestión del Cambio para guiar y gestionar el lado humano de las iniciativas de cambio.
- Desarrollar planes de gestión del cambio, incluyendo estrategias de comunicación y programas de capacitación.
- Gestionar y ejecutar proyectos desde su inicio hasta su finalización, garantizando la entrega a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
- Utilizar análisis de datos para respaldar la toma de decisiones y mejorar los procesos.
- Fomentar relaciones sólidas con los interesados clave para asegurar el apoyo y la alineación en las iniciativas de mejora.

**¿Qué necesitarás para tener éxito?**:

- Experiência en cualquier ERP (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
- ** Inglés avanzado conversacional (no negociable)**:

- Experiência en análisis de negocios, mejora de procesos y gestión de proyectos en un entorno de manufactura o similar.
- Experiência en proyectos de mejora de procesos.
- Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos y software de gestión de proyectos.
- Certificación en Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), metodología Kaizen y Gestión del Cambio (por ejemplo, Prosci, ACMP) es un plus.
