A critical failure in some of the IT systems must be addressed and resolved as soon as possible, otherwise this can affect important business processes which in turn may affect Gates' customer requirements.**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:- Keep all IT systems up and running- Incident log and track resolution- Attend and resolve new IT requirements- Make and document changes- Keep up to date hardware and software inventories; follow up to warranties- Follow IT procedures and policies, keeping them up to date- Ensure network performance and availability- Design and promote improvements aim to improve end users' daily operations.- Align to corporate IT standards and strategies.**REQUIRED SKILLS**:- Enthusiastic and dynamic with positive service attitude- Willing to lean from others and share knowledge among the team.- Teamwork- Analytical and results oriented.- Focused on continuous learning.- Have extreme confidentiality.**P****WHY GATES?**Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
