General Responsibilities - Collaborates with complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers - Key participant in helping identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences - Key participant in constructing forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge - Organizes specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements - May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues - May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools - May be internal operations-focused or external client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions Experience / Qualifications - A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. - Business ethics - Ability to practice and behave consistently and effectively in areas of business practice and conflicts of interest - Communication - Ability to communicate effectively by getting the right message across to the right people at the right time on a regular basis - Customer Orientation - Ability to meet customers’ expectations by identifying and anticipating customers’ needs and integrating these into work; ability to develop new added value for customers and act with the customer in mind - Result orientation - Ability to take steps personally to ensure that mutual goals and performance targets are met within the appropriate timeframe - Teamwork - Ability to work with others and work synergistically with fellow team-members - Planning and Organizing - Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work and schedules in all areas to meet requirements - Problem solving - Ability to reach logical conclusions to situations by appropriately analyzing the situation. - 3+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and strong visualization skills.
- Experience working with database and data management tools (e.g., MS Access, SQL-based systems).
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate) to streamline data processes and reporting.
- Experience working with relational data sources; familiarity with SQL, Power Query, DAX, or similar preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow structured workflows, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative, customer-focused attitude and eagerness to learn from senior team members.
- Commitment to accuracy and confidentiality when working with sensitive data.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly for non-technical users.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
