**YOUR DAY**

On a typical day as our Rental Property Maintenance Coordinator, you manage maintenance requests, prioritize them based on urgency, and ensure they're promptly taken care of. You coordinate with repair technicians and organize their schedules, including appointments for routine and preventative maintenance.

As the work is being completed, you make sure it meets our quality standards and addresses all resident problems. Attentively, you also keep an eye on our inventory, order supplies from vendors, and manage our billing. This is a dynamic, collaborative role where your efforts help maintain pleasant living spaces for our tenants

**REQUIREMENTS**

We'd prefer that our Rental Property Maintenance Coordinator has experience with residential or multifamily maintenance. Knowledge of Property Meld would be a bonus. Problem-solving experience would also be a plus. To get started, you just need to meet these criteria:

- Customer service experience
- Proven ability to multitask
- Proficiency with computers, typing, and programs such as MS Office and client work order management software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing circumstances, and keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong desire to succeed
