**Operations Support / Property Management Operations Coordinator****Location**: Remote**Employment Type**: Full-Time**About the Role**We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support / Property Management Operations Coordinator to support residential property operations and senior leadership.This role is essential to keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly across maintenance, construction coordination, leasing support, reporting, and financial processing.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires strong organizational skills, comfort working with data, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.**Key Responsibilities****Operational Coordination**Coordinate maintenance, construction, and capital improvement activities across the residential portfolio. Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and clear communication.**Cross-Functional Support**Serve as a coordination point between senior leadership, property teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Support operational initiatives and special projects as needed.**Tenant and Community Support**Coordinate tenant-related services such as maintenance, inspections, and vendor access. Provide operational support to leasing and renewals activities to ensure consistent service delivery.**Financial and Invoice Support**Assist with invoice review, coding, approvals, and processing. Track vendor billing and support resolution of discrepancies in coordination with accounting and vendors.**Reporting and Data Management**Prepare standard and ad hoc operational and financial reports. Build, update, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel. Audit data for accuracy and identify trends or gaps to share with leadership.**Systems and Process Support**Support the use of property management systems and operational tools. Assist with documenting workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.**What We’re Looking For**- 3 to 5 years of experience in property management or real estate operations- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting and formulas- Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders- High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills- Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly- Familiarity with property management software platforms- Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment- Strong written and verbal communication skills- A mindset focused on accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement**What We Offer**- Hourly compensation between **$12 and $15 USD**, based on experience- **Work from anywhere**:- Full-time, long-term opportunity- Exposure to senior leadership and operational decision-making- Stable role with opportunities to grow operational expertiseTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $220.00 - $280.00 la horaHoras previstas: 40 por semana
