Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Planner Scheduler_ _located in Juarez, Chih._ _Reporting to Master Planner Scheduler. The role involves: developing and generating inventory administration plans based on production plans and business development, considering information regarding machinery, equipment and materials to inform involved areas in order to take actions as needed.
What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinates schedule of activities with customer on planning, scheduling, shipping and material acquisition during program start-ups.
- Produces revenue analysis and annual operating (AOP) plan and other forecast reports.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s production control functions including Master Scheduling, Production Planning/Coordination, Shop Scheduling, and Dispatching.
- Responsible for planning, reviewing and developing production procedures and personnel.
- Notifies Materials and Program Management of material situation that affect the attainment of the production plan.
- Interfaces with purchasing to expedite problem parts and to reschedule material deliveries that will result in excess inventory.
- Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance and process procedures.
The experience we´re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Intermediate english skill
- ERP management knowledge.
- Office package.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- BaaN knowledge.
- Background in electronic manufacturing.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
