You will understand the business processes to develop plants to production areas and review and follow up materials Master Issues.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Review requests of new sales order and provide practical promise dates.
- Generate Schedule for manufacturing departments along with Work Cells.
- Prepare reports required to facilitate and suggest actions to assure optimal execution of supply chain.
- Monitor Schedule Stability, by overseeing reasons to schedule changes and ensure root causes for volatility of schedule are being resolved.
- Understand the business processes, analyze problems and recommend solutions.
- Understand the system utilized (ERP) in the Supply Chain to help analyzing data and develop/recommend solutions.
- Review and follow up Material Master Issues on Make Items.
- Establish and follow up specific the metrics to assure SAP is always up to date on data integrity.
- Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all order management process.
- Manage communication related to order processing and ensure optimal practices for order management process.
- Participation on Kaizen events, perform and document continues improvement ideas (CI).
- The Demand Assed Planner will work in coordination with the site different team members, as well as with the upper management to develop projects and/or plans to manage SAP metrics and deliverables.
- All the non-limiting statements inherent to the position.

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- 5+ Years of experience in production control position or similar.
- 2+ years of experience in Materials Planning.
- Knowledge of BOM Structures, levels, sublevels, bulk flag, etc.
- Knowledge of SAP (Order Management).
- Proficiency on Excel.
- ERP Systems use (SAP is a must).
- High sense of responsibility.
- Ability to operate in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- English Proficiency.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to positively influence others.
- Punctual, time availability.
