Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of management positions on accident rates, risk factors, legal requirements and certification
- Implementation of the EHS system
- Reduced accident rate vs. previous year
- Risk Factor Reduction vs. previous year
- Implement EHS Procedures
- Develop EHS culture
- Implementation of projects to reduce greenhouse gases, electricity, gas, waste and water.
- Responsible for the company's Certifications, such as: Environmental Excellence, Clean Industry, ISO 14001:2015, STPS (Self-management) and OSHAS 18001.
- Reduction of waste generated by the company
- Development of savings projects
- Stop any process or activity that threatens the physical integrity of people and/or that may cause some environmental impact.
- Report any activity or practice that violates the Code of Conduct.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the STPS Standards
- OSHAS 18001
- STPS Self-Management System
- EHS system
- High Risk Equipment Certifications
- emergency brigades
- ISO9001-5S
- ISO14001
- Introduction to IATF 16949 Standard
