**Job Summary**The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting various HR initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing workplace. The position provides expertise in HR policies, employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and training, ensuring the organization maintains a productive workforce aligned with business goals.**Key Responsibilities****1. Employee Relations**:- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.- Promote positive employee relations through conflict resolution, coaching, and engagement initiatives.- Investigate and address employee complaints or grievances to ensure prompt resolution in alignment with company policies.**2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding**:- Support onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, documentation collection, and training coordination.**3. Training & Development**:- Support performance management programs, including employee goal setting and evaluations.**4. Compliance & Reporting**:- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.- Participate in internal/external audits and generate required HR reports (EEO, workplace safety, etc.).**5. Compensation & Benefits Support**:- Support payroll and benefits administration in partnership with HR or payroll teams.**6. HR Operations & Projects**:- Assist in implementation of HR programs or special projects (e.g., diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives).- Manage employee records and ensure the accuracy of HR data in HRIS systems.- Support organizational change efforts, including workforce planning and restructuring.**Required Qualifications****Education & Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 5 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR role or similar.**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:- Advanced English- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., HRIS) and standard office like Microsoft Office.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Relaciones laborales: 5 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
