**Role Summary**:
As an Associate Accounts Payable Accountant colleague, you check, sort, code and match invoices. Also, you process non-PO invoices in accordance with the Delegation of Authority.

You monitor and reconcile vendor statements to ensure payments are up to date, and research and resolve invoice discrepancies and basic issues.

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- Ensure data accuracy;
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks defined by the supervisor or manager;
- Review payment runs to check data accuracy;
- Assist with month end closing.
- Have up to one-year relevant experience: fresh graduates are also welcome to join the team;
- Have completed (or will soon) an Economics/Finance related Secondary Studies or bachelor’s degree;
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Have relevant BSC and finance experience
- Are comfortable with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Have working knowledge of ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP): this is an advantage, not a must-have.

- Natural at building positive relationships;
- Strong and analytical, research and problem-solving skills;
- You have keen attention to detail;
- Flexible and able to cope with process changes.
